About the Session

In this 60 minute session we will provide an brief introduction to the new EU Regulation CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) which enter into force at the end of 2023.  This is a policy tool designed to address carbon leakage and ensure that the price of carbon emissions is consistent both within the EU and on imported goods.
