Bitesize Series – New Added Sessions!

At the beginning of last month, we launched a new series of international trade bitesize sessions as part of our ongoing commitment to support businesses in Greater Manchester and beyond to navigate their international trade journey as smoothly as possible.

Our first two sessions which focused on Export Basics and the New Rules: UK Border Control and the NI Protocol had over 80 companies registered, both members and non-members and sessions being rated as ‘Excellent or Very Good’ by 80% of the attendees.

If you want to register for the upcoming sessions or watch the recordings of the past ones, please click here and get yourself up to date with the latest developments.

In addition to the sessions that had already been confirmed last month, we are now pleased to announce that we have added new dates covering topics such as Rules of Origin in partnership with DAC Beachcroft, and Postponed VAT Accounting in partnership with HMRC to mention but a few.

These are free one-hour sessions delivered digitally fortnightly on Thursdays from 12:00-13:00 and aimed at covering the basics on exporting and importing.

Please see bellow a full list of confirmed sessions:

· Incoterms – 6th May

· Import Basics – 20th May

In addition to this series, we also provide a range of services to help companies adapt to the new rules. Please visit our Brexit Hub to find out more about the support available or contact the team at exportbritain@gmchamber.co.uk
